Supply Desk are pleased to announce that we are currently looking to recruit for a number of day to day and long term posts in the Monmouthshire area for qualified teachers in core subject areas to provide general classroom cover and subject specific cover depending upon applicant experience. Our clients are looking to recruit friendly and hard working QTS and NQT candidates for September start with 1 year contracts available for the right candidate.

We are looking for qualified teachers with the following skills -
• Experience of delivering various classes and subjects, ideally up to Key Stage 5 level, but not essential. Candidates with qualifications and experience of Further Education may also be considered.
• Qualified teachers with experience of teaching Mathematics, English (General, TEFL, Literature or Language), Science (General, Biology, Physics or Chemistry) or Modern Foreign Languages (German, Spanish, French, Welsh) would be of particular interest however all subjects bias may apply
• Current knowledge of the National Curriculum would be advantageous
• Committed and enthusiastic attitude towards developing a teaching career
• Strong presence and an approachable, supportive character
• Strong ability to plan lessons effectively and manage behaviour
• Passion for teaching at all levels and ability to cater for all student ability ranges
• Experience of working with SEN children would be advantageous but not essential
