An Academy in an excellent location in the Rural Essex are seeking a Maths Teacher for September 2014. This is a one year temporary position with the option of becoming permanent. This school is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive with around 1850 students. Successful candidates will teach up to A Level. This is an Ofsted rated Good school with outstanding features.
It is a split site school, both sites being a few minutes drive apart. The older buildings on both sites have been modernised and updated while retaining their character. The town itself is very picturesque, with a harbour on a navigable river. Sailing is a popular pastime. This is the only secondary school in the town. It is within easy commuting distance of London and with an international airport is 45 minutes away.
To be eligible to apply for this position you are required to be a qualified teacher or a teacher who is qualifying before September 2014.
