Sales opportunities available in and around customer service and sales
One of our newest clients has been an active player in the sales and marketing sector for just over a month now and currently requires sales and customer service individuals to help with expansion plans. This UK based international sales organisation has rapidly grown to become a market leader in their field and is further developing market share rapidly.
Based out of Cardiff City Centre they provide an energetic, professional and dynamic working environment. Ongoing product training and support is very important to this innovative company as experience is NOT required for the role. The Sales and Customer Service Division is a team of motivated and hard working individuals that are seeking a number of other like - minded applicants within the field of sales and customer service.
The role
Dealing with all aspects of:
· Customer acquisition on behalf of the clients we represent
· Developing and maintaining product knowledge
· Delivering the highest level of customer service
· Face to Face marketing of client products
· Acting in the best interests of the company
As you will be working on a residential campaign, attributes required are:
· A bright, positive personality and sense of humour
· Excellent communication skills
· The drive for results and quality as earnings are based on commission only plus incentives
· The ability to relate with a wide cross section of the public
· Enjoy working with people
