Peoplesoft HCM Consultant - Bracknell based - salary GBP45,000 to GBP50,000
Key responsibilities
Lead the regional implementations of Peoplesoft HCM, ultimately ensuring the alignment of the Compensation Platform and processes together with the seamless operation of the compensation platform throughout the transition and upgrade to v9.1
Support the Planning Cycle
- Update to the compensation cycle related SQR and application engine programs globally (as required by region)
- Support the planning cycle feedback processes for both US and EMEA regions
- Support the integration of upcoming regional Data in PeS 9.1 with the Compensation Platform in PeS 9.1 Administration Support
- Support the administration of all v9 modules in the Compensation bolt-on module.
- Yearly Project Work
- Project Development Work for HRT releases.
Skills required
Implementation experience of v9.1 as a functional consultant focusing on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
Experienced in various tools like Peoplesoft SQR, PeopleTools, PsEnterprise, PsScript Generator and languages like Unix Shell Script and SQL
Experience of operating within an onshore-offshore model
