Location: Dubai, UAE (candidates will be considered from all over the UK)
Average Earnings: £50k - £150k+ tax free OTE (TAX FREE) - the top Sales Consultant in 2013 earned an astonishing net £220k, and the top Leasing Consultant in 2013 earned £65k net!

As a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator you will be joining a 90 strong office. The office is equipped with a huge sales trading floor, two large board rooms and additional meeting rooms, plus a staff room with PlayStation 4 and TVs throughout the office. You'll benefit from your own dedicated administrator, office company drivers, and full after sales and leasing support meaning you can spend more time doing your job and earning money! To succeed as a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agency / Lettings Negotiator you will need to possess the following:
- A minimum of 1-3+ years' experience as a Sales or Leasing Negotiator / Estate Agent / Valuer / Property Sales Consultant or similar
- An excellent work ethic, always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty!
- Experience within a large corporate Estate Agency (such as Countrywide, Haart etc.) would be advantageous
- Financial independence - the typical cost of relocating is between £5,000 and £10,000 (relocation assistance is also offered for accommodation, bank account set up etc.)
- A valid UK driving licence
