We're looking for passionate Resource Planners for our Manchester Relationship Hub to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time always, to provide excellent service to Towergate customers.

You will undertake long and short term resource forecasting, planning and Real Time management enabling customer facing staff to deal with all inbound and outbound calls and work in a timely manner.

Additionally, you will present resource and service data analysis in a way which allows the leadership team to continually learn and improve service.

Key Skills & Experience required:

* Excellent communication skills: written; verbal face-to-face and verbal.
* Excellent computer literacy in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent Excel skills. Preference for experience and good ability to produce statistical process charts/capability charts using various trend data.
* Highly experienced in using Resource Planning and Telephony systems in high volume contact centres.
* GCSE or equivalent in English.
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths.
* Excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
* Strong planning skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
