Maintenance EngineerLocation: Gloucester
Salary: £21000 per annum plus call out plus benefits
The company is a well-established international company
Hours: Mon - Fri full time hours
Experience: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic reactive and planned preventative maintenance of machinery and tools, may suit someone from 24/7 production environment
Education: Served an Engineering apprenticeship essential, HNC/Degree qualified in Engineering desirable
The Maintenance Engineer will perform preventative maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly and efficiently as well as diagnosing mechanical problems and carrying out reactive repairs and fitting of new components; assembling, installing or repairing wiring, electrical and electronic components and piping systems.
The Maintenance Engineer will also start, monitor, run and clean machinery and plant and manage and make minor adjustments to CAD files to facilitate production, training is offered on CAD.
The Maintenance Engineer will be hands on, with good communication skills and able to motivate team members to uphold standards.
