We’ve been making high-quality, stylish sofas for 44 years and we’re always looking to improve what we do and how we do it. Giving our customers the best products and service is what we’re all about. You’ll catch that in action if you go into your nearest DFS store and see how the whole team works to the highest professional standards.

As a Sales person and a member of the in-store team, you’ll be targeted with selling our renowned range of high-quality products in-store. That means listening to customers and building relationships with people from all backgrounds, whilst you advise them on our wide range. So it’s an amazing opportunity to realise your potential and earn the rewards you deserve. Any sales experience would be great but if you haven’t got it, don’t worry, because our training is the best in the business. Your background is much less important than a can-do approach, bags of motivation and appetite for challenge.

Of course you’ll need first-class people, communication and presentation skills, with a good level of education and the ability to absorb product information. You know you’re a great team player and have a huge customer focus and bags of initiative, along with:

• the focus and commitment to achieve sales goals

• a competitive edge • an outgoing personality with lots of energy

• the willingness to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

• being comfortable discussing finances and credit terms with customers.
