Business Engagement Officer
This is a permanent full time post, Grade 8/9 BSS.(£26,112 - £27,600 pa). In addition to the salary there is an on target commission plan with up to £8,000 pa, based upon performance targets that will be defined. Commission will be assessed quarterly and paid as such depending on the achievement of targets.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual looking to take on a fresh challenge. The post holder will be responsible for identifying and selling new business training opportunities, tailored to employer need, as well as maintaining existing business to ensure that the College is the first choice for employer training. You should be a self starter with a proven and successful track record of winning new business and meeting targets. Your communication and negotiation skills will be excellent allowing you to interact with and influence individuals at all levels.
