THE ROLE
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Business Development team will be responsible for the following:
• Increasing revenue by obtaining regular return loads from all parts of the country, ensuring your fleet is profitable at all times.
• Liaising with and supervising drivers face to face and via telephone.
• Increasing revenue by building and managing a network of customers and reliable subcontractors in order to secure decent backhaul revenue.
• Assisting with general transport related admin.
