Our client, a growing organisation are seeking a Project Manager or a Support Manager to manage a team of 4 individuals who are providing customer support mainly based on e-commerce and web development solutions.
A background in Digital Marketing solutions such as SEO or Web Development or e-commerce is essential.
The role will involve leading the team dealing with customer queries and issues and generally supporting the clients.
