Based in the Business School administration office, you will be responsible for inputting student attendance data and providing general administrative support across the Business School. This is a busy administrative role, requiring a high degree of accuracy. Key tasks: • Collate and record student attendance information across the Business School using a suite of Excel spread sheets. • Maintain an excellent standard of accuracy and take ownership of compiled registers. • File student attendance registers appropriately and in a timely manner. • Provide feedback to students via the University’s VLE. You should possess: • An excellent standard of computer literacy and in particular be conversant with Excel. • Experience of working in an office environment • Be fully conversant with all MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access). • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills • Attention to detail
