Commercial Accountant

My client is a well respected player within the development sector.

Due to growth they have created a new Commercial Accountant role to strengthen their focused and dynamic team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Monitoring and review financial performance of various properties
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Variance analysis
• Assisting with the year end and half year end reporting process
• Internal and external joint venture reporting
• Business partnering senior members of non finance staff

The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant who has outstanding business partnering skills and a strong commercial acumen coupled with a strong drive to succeed.

You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written and ideally you will have worked within the real estate sector.
