Senior HR Business Partner - North Wales Border up to £60,000 + Benefits

We have been asked to source a HR Business Partner for one of our clients based in Wrexham.The role is critical in executing people initiatives, providing internal support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Day to day activities

• The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
• Manage specific projects as required and provide HR guidance in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide management with ongoing consultation on performance management tools and solutions.
• Partner with business unit leadership in the development of the business strategy
• Plan develop people strategies, workforce plans and support their implementation
• Advise senior leaders on strategies to grow talent and develop technical capability pipelines for the business
• A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
• Coaching and mentoring at management level
• Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
• Implement HR strategies to respond to changing business needs

Skills and experience

• Excellent working knowledge of employment law with the ability to apply is practically in workplace situations.
• Strong knowledge of understanding HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee relation cases.
• Experience of formal report writing.
• Experience of leading on organisational change projects.
• CIPD or MCIPD qualified.
• Self Starter; results oriented and motivated professional.
• Ability to think strategically
