We're restructuring our CIO function in order to grow the business and we need someone to head up a team managing our ICT Partner engagement and associated planning. Someone like you.

As Head of ICT Delivery Planning and Partner Management, you'll head up a team that will define and implement ICT Partner strategy. This brand new role will see you work closely with 3rd party vendors to make sure all outsourced work is completed correctly and in agreement with the SLAs. You can show us what you're made of by managing projects like refreshing the ICT infrastructure, upgrading the Billing System and changing contact centre software. Joining Three during this time of change is a real plus too - seize the chance to grow and shape your team and you'll soon lead them on to bigger and better things.

Already working at this level, you'll have a wealth of Partner Management experience and know exactly how to lead a team through a period of transformation. Your ICT planning delivery skills will be second to none, and your first-rate written and verbal skills will help you engage and motivate your new team to create and meet new SLAs. Confident and articulate, managing stakeholders will come naturally to you and you'll have no problem building relationships with other teams or external management. A born leader, you'll act as a role model for change and, ideally, you'll have an ITIL or PRINCE 2 qualification and know a bit about ICT Architecture and Systems.
