We are looking for a passionate and inspirational individual to join us as a Training Officer to deliver the training and coaching for our customer service teams in our high-growth global business. We are focussed on delivering our customers the highest quality service, by being empathetic and supportive, and you will deliver this message through training and development sessions to the team, where you will be encouraging and motivating. We are looking for an individual with a real passion for developing people. Someone that connects easily and quickly with a diverse group of people in a professional manner.
A fast learner with great communication skills that is able to positively influence through Training, who can work and adapt within a highly dynamic and growing environment and effectively manages diversity within the workplace. Someone who is committed and looking for a long-term career as a Trainer. Someone who truly enjoys the delivery & facilitation of training programmes. Someone who is keen to learn and adapt to a new and different approach to learning and is very flexible to deal with change situations in a positive can do' attitude. Someone with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
A confident team player with a very strong work ethic, and positive make-it-happen attitude. To be successful in this role you will need excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills, alongside the ability to tell a story, land a message and relate to staff at all levels.
