After Sales Executive

After sales Manager

Purpose of job:

To

1. Manage and resolve complaints from dissatisfied customers in order to ensure that we maintain high levels of customer satisfaction thus helping to secure longer term business relationships.
2. To assist with records of vehicle stock and Stronghold.

List of main duties

• Receive customer complaints/issues either direct from customers or via sales teams
• Initial customer contact to diagnose problem
• Liaison with garage services if CCS responsible for repair
• Liaison with warranty company if a legitimate claim
• Regular customer contact with updates and progress reports
• Maintenance and update of After Sales Service Log
• Maintenance of vehicle stock records as required
• Other administrative duties as may be required
