The ITA Risk team focusses on a number of core specialisms:

  • Risk transformation
  • Risk data aggregation & technology
  • Credit & Market Risk
  • Liquidity Risk & Capital Management
  • Operational Risk, Process & Control Optimisation

Key engagements that the team have supported clients on:

  • Risk MI dashboard reporting
  • Risk & control governance & operating model definition
  • Risk & control effectiveness across infrastructure teams
  • Liquidity reporting
  • Unauthorised Trading framework assessment & remediation
  • Market & Credit Risk systems implementation & upgrading
  • Risk & Finance data alignment initiatives
  • Regulatory change initiatives in the Risk & Compliance area:
    Basel III, CRD IV, CoRep, BCBS, Stress Testing, Balance Sheet Asset Quality Reviews, Benchmarks & Rate Submissions, Conflicts of interest

Senior Manager responsibilities:

  • Deliver & lead complex & large scale client assignments
  • Grow the business & revenue line
  • Leading proposals & bid teams
  • Development of their management & leadership team
  • Leverage existing long-term trusted advisor relationships

As part of major change programmes, we expect you to be leading clients with the delivery of major process & technology change involving systems implementations.

Experience

  • Technical expertise & client credibility in the field of risk technology
  • Experience/involvement in large scale implementation projects - the ability to shape & lead risk change initiatives
  • Risk management domain knowledge (Credit Risk/Market Risk/Liquidity/Operational Risk & Control/Regulatory Risk) & experience of delivering process & people change successfully across organisations
  • Understanding of end-to-end risk management processes & capabilities, how risk organisations are structured & an understanding of the key change drivers
  • Emerging business development track record
  • Experience of developing propositions
  • Prior consulting experience at a Big 4/major system integrator/top tier consulting firm/investment/retail bank/insurance/asset management firm/financial services regulator

Academics

  • Excellent graduate level education, minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent
