Admin And Lettings Advisor

Cosey Rentals are looking for an experienced Admin And Lettings Advisor to join our team.

Location: 32-34 Duke Street St Helens WA102JP

Salary: £14k-20k dependant on experience

Role: Full time (Mon-Friday) and permanent

In order to be considered for this role, you must have both Administration and Lettings experience.

Having just acquired another local letting agent, we have added a third to our stock of property managements, which has opened up this excellent opportunity to join our team.

The Admin And Lettings Advisor candidate will need to have the following:

- Knowledge of Universal (Thesaurus)property management software or a similar package

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Experience in a similar role with a busy letting agent along with viewings experience

- Excellent telephone manner

- A full and clean driving licence

- A professional approach

- A bubbly and outgoing personality

Admin And Lettings Advisor - You will be responsible for:

- Arranging surveys in both paper and electronic diaries

- Liaising with estate agents and vendors to get access to property for surveys

- Ensuring that diary management considers logistics strategically

- Raising invoices for surveys and other services provided for the company

- Inputting rental payments onto Universal

- Creating remittance advice for landlords and sending

- Uploading new property to Universal

- Logging all conversations and maintenance for property on universal

- Working towards set targets daily in a busy environment with a heavy workload

- Carrying out Viewings on available property.

- Taking telephone enquiries

Great incentives and holidays. Initially we need the support on the lettings, surveys and admin side however once you have been with us for a few months, there will be the opportunity to earn commission in two areas:

Cosey Rentals: New Business Landlords: bringing on brand new landlords full management and tenant finder.

Cosey Homes: Booking surveys through new relationships with estate agents.

OTE is really dependant on the role you have within the business, however commission is not capped and staff currently earn anything from £100 - £600 on top of their basic if they are actively seeking new business.
