THE ROLE: The Care Coordinator/Scheduler is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for service users. The Care Coordinator/Scheduler is expected to assist and support other staff members in order to provide the highest quality service to service users Person Specification • Proven experience of coordinating and scheduling for domiciliary care • Demonstrate good IT skills including Microsoft office • Excellent attention to detail • Effective multitasking • Able to keep calm under pressure Primary Complete the weekly staff rota and service user schedule Add new service users on the system Update the system with the relevant information about staff and service users Coordinate and maintain a complete service users schedule Provide out of hours support on a rota basis Qualifications NVQ 3 or working towards Driving Licence For an informal chat on the posts please call Tony Pearson on 07771980195 (Orchard Care Services is a subsidiary company of Real Life Options)
