SALES ADMINISTRATOR - £18000 - £22000 - BASED KNOTTINGLEY, NEAR WAKEFIELD
This is a rapidly expanding specialist manufacturer of high quality motorhomes based at Knottingley near Wakefield, West Yorkshire. They have recently launched some revolutionary designs to the market and are regularly winning design accolades by converting panel vans with bespoke fixtures and fittings into luxury motorhomes.
Due to recent growth, they are currently are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to help improve sales administration between dealers and factory and to streamline in-house procedures. The role will require you to work 35 hours per week although flexible hours may be available for the right candidate.
MAIN DUTIES - SALES ADMINISTRATOR
You’ll be responsible for:
- The day to day running of the sales administration.
- Processing vehicle order with the suppliers and processing vehicle sales orders from dealers
- Producing Vehicle Contracts
- Producing all relevant sales information required to complete sales
- Liaising with dealers on order completion dates
- Updating production databases
- Invoicing and chasing dealer payments
- Preparing sales admin month end returns and reporting
- Additionally, you will be required to assist the Finance Manager with a range of ad hoc projects.
- General administration duties including covering lunchtime reception.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - SALES ADMINISTRATOR
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Must have previous track record of sales administration experience.
- Have excellent time management and prioritisation skills with a flexible approach to workloads.
- Have the ability to communicate at all levels with a highly professional telephone manner.
- Be computer literate with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong numeracy skills
- An ability to work independently and as a team
