Job Title: Graduate Territory Sales Manager

Location: Birmingham,Midlands

Salary: Competitive plus OTE

Our Client is currently looking for a Graduate Territory Sales Manager.

Objective: To maximize sales results within the allocated sales territory.

Job Requirements:

• To attend, actively participate in and satisfactorily complete the Company’s two-week sales induction course in its entirety.

• Then to spend four days per week in the field visiting prospective clients using and "down" time to book extra appointments.

• At the end of each field day the Territory Sales Manager will speak to the sales manager to discuss the day’s activities.

• Each week at least one day is set aside for telephone appointing in the Birmingham office where the TSM will be calling prospects he / she has collated throughout the week.

• Make use of whatever time is available to achieve KPI and sales targets.

• Attend monthly sales meetings and additional training days as required.

As the ideal Territory Sales Manager you should:

• Have recently graduate

• Proactive individual

• Of driven personality

• Assertive

• Have self-discipline

• Persuasive

• Good listener and charismatic

• Have your own car and driving licence
