Programme Manager-Change, Agile

Our financial services client is looking for a Programme Manager based in Stirling who will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of their centralized strategic pricing platform.

Candidates interested in applying for this position should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A solid track record in successful project delivery and be capable of leading and directing other Project Managers.
  • Programme management experience within an investment/financial services environment.
  • Experience of 3rd party product delivery and management using Agile methodology.
  • Ability to work consistently and accurately under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of the theory and practice of delivering structured change in a comparable environment, including specialisms such as test management, release management etc.
  • Strong relationship building and maintenance skills and track record of successful engagement with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a demonstrable track record of successfully interacting, influencing and communicating at all levels with due regard to the nature of the intended audience.
  • Prince2 or PMI certified.
  • Understanding of valuation and pricing for investment banking products eg equity, exchange traded derivatives, collective investment schemes, Fixed Income and FX would be highly advantageous.
