Business Change Project Assistant

GO Wales Work Placements are aimed at graduates in Wales.

Cardiff County Council are a local authority that deliver over 700 separate services to residents, businesses and visitors across Cardiff.

Cardiff County Council are now offering the chance for a candidate to join their business change team as a Business Change Project Assistant. The business change team are responsible for driving successful and sustainable business change across the council and this placement will involve supporting the project manager and project team in the following areas:

• Data gathering.
• Data analysis.
• Compiling reports.
• Supporting consultation and communication.
• Marketing activities to support implementation.

Essential Requirements: IT literate, as the successful candidate will be required to analyse date and compile reports and presentations.

Ability to communicate with groups and individuals, as the Business Change Project Assistant will be involved in meetings and in consultations.
