Front-of-House/Reception Coordinator

U-fit currently offer a 6-8 week placement opportunity for a corporate FOH/Reception Coordinator to join the expanding House Team at the Cardiff Bay Fitness Centre. In this responsible and varied role your duties will include meeting and greeting members and prospective clients, assisting members, answering phones, emails & social media, bookings, signing new members, stock ordering and control - working closely with the Gym Management your placement will also involve reviewing Front-of-House systems and processes and making recommendations for improvements and new develeopments. You will also organise events and liaise with management and staff within the Gym.

Essential Requirements:

With a degree in a relevant discipline, ideally fitness industry related, you should have previous reception experience, be well presented, have an excellent level of customer service and a "can-do" attitude.

You must be able to contribute to the development of new and improved Front-of-House systems and processes. You will also need to show initiative and leadership within the workplace.

Desirable Requirements:

Previous Gym /Fitness Centre experience
