Recruitment Assistant / Resourcing Administrator - Graduate

Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Assistant

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary: £13,000 - £15,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.

Position: Temporary - 12 Month FTC

Job Role:

The company provides legal and support services to the insurance industry. The company are highly regarded for their innovative, commercial approach in everything they do, including recruitment. The company’s Resourcing Team sources candidates for roles across all of the businesses, including finance, IT, legal, admin and support, from apprentices through to senior management. The team has responsibility for the movement of employees into and around the business and all promotion processes. This is a great opportunity to join a ground-breaking recruitment team and develop your skills and experience, building close links with our internal clients, offering solutions, and being an ambassador for the Group. You will be encouraged to get under the skin of the business and add real value.

This is a great opportunity to gain solid work experience in a professional services environment in our busy in-house recruitment team.

The Candidate:

You will be self-sufficient, innovative, highly organised and an excellent communicator who can quickly establish relationships with people at all levels of responsibility. You will have strong IT skills, particularly in using Excel, and be able to pick up new IT systems quickly. You will have a problem solving mindset and relish the opportuity to take on responsibility and show your initiative.
