An East Sussex based care group is seeking Care Workers to work with their clients in and around Bexhill on Sea and Surrounding Areas.
We believe that the successful Care Worker always has the right values and attitudes. Previous experience essential.
We would like you to help us drive up quality in supporting people within their own homes in all aspects of their daily lives - in their homes and in their communities.
We are looking for people who are reliable and committed and are able to work Full/Part time hours as well as evenings and weekends.
As a Care Worker you will:
• Play a key role in the lives of the individuals that we support as per care plan.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as medication, personal care, Hospital appointments and other duties.
• Provide high quality emotional and physical support, as well as building and maintaining independence.
• Look after the health and wellbeing of clients.
• Support the personalised development of each service user.
• Keep accurate records including completing a daily log book.
Duties include:
• Administering medication.
• Preparing meals.
• Assisting with personal care.
• Social activities and companionship.
• Light duties around the house.
Due to the nature of the role all candidates require an enhanced DBS check, the cost of which will be met by the employer.
