Our on-going commitment to our customers to provide them with quality products and service keeps us where we want to be.
We now require a Demand Planner to support our Business Analyst and Key Account Managers. The role with focus on providing a closer link between our demand planning cycle and key account activity in order to optimise forecasting accuracy. The role will also provide support to our Key Account team with adhoc reporting, analysis and data management.
In this post you will be required to:
Demand Planning Support
Co-ordinate the input for monthly demand planning cycles: both for key account demand planning and product group planning.
Work closely with Key Account Managers to reflect actual developments in the demand planning cycle.
Be the primary contact for central demand planning teams in the cluster.
Sales and Key Account Support
Prepare and coordinate the key accounts pricelists (to be uploaded by the central team)
Develop and co-ordinate the ongoing management of a central in-house key account listing database
Produce key account listing data files in order to list products.
Co-ordinate the administration of stock takes and day to day stock adjustments
Provide analysis and address basic sales queries required by the sales team
Slob Sales Co-ordination
Develop SLOB offers when required.
Work with the Concession Manager to develop SLOBs offers to Boundary Mills and the Concession stores.
This is a vital role where you will need be able to demonstrate;
2 years` experience in sales / finance
Customer and Key Account process know-how
Know-how in finance and controlling measures
Strong organisation skills, ability to work independently
Strong analytical mindset
Be commercially astute
Excellent IT skills: office suite especially EXCEL, SAP R/3.
