The sales department is responsible for attracting and recruiting new advertisers (merchants) onto the network. Split into two teams (Brands and Small Medium Enterprise) this position supports both channels.

The successful candidate will provide high quality administrative assistance to team members and their targeted and secured clients, as well as working collaboratively with the SME, Brand and Account Management teams.

The role offers an excellent insight into the operations of Europe's current leading affiliate marketing company, giving you the opportunity to assist in the identification, pitching, sales conversion and development of many companies across a variety of sectors and countries.

Key Tasks

Key responsibilities within this superb role include:
*Provide support to team members and their assigned clients with day-to-day duties, such as:
*Assigning leads to the team
*Daily report generation and formatting
*Managing, Updating and continuously reviewing the sales document repository
*Contributing to the Brand research process and escalating key information to Brand Sales Managers in a well presented format
*Drafting communications for internal and external use
*Assisting in the development, storage and interpretation of contracts
*Ensuring all supporting documentation is prepared accurately and professionally in readiness for pitch presentations
*Respond to incoming emails and relay messages from clients and affiliates
*Manage the month-end reporting system
*Provide support for ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks and be able to prioritise these effectively
*Assist prospective and secured clients with support for ad hoc tasks and queries in an efficient manner

*Ideally speak a second language fluently

*Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

*Be flexible and unflappable when responding within tight timeframes
*Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, along with working with external suppliers
*Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
*Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team
*Ability to work with minimal supervision once trained

Education and Experience:
*Previous experience in an administrative role (within a sales or marketing environment will be an advantage)
*Good standard of academic achievement (A-Level or Degree).
*Good understanding of affiliate marketing
