Job Title: Housing Law Paralegal

The company are a well-established multi service law firm who are looking to recruit a reliable and enthusiastic Housing Law Paralegal based in Barking.

Job Role:

A vacancy has arisen for a Paralegal to join the company’s Housing Law Department to support and assist the fee earners in the preparation and conduct of cases. The role will include undertaking administrative tasks.

This position will be based in the company’s Barking office but the successful candidate may be expected to work from the company’s other offices as and when required.

The job would offer excellent experience of working in a busy legal practice to a Paralegal or Law Graduate who have passed the LPC and have a keen interest in making a career in this area of law.

• A strong interest in Housing Law
• Solid IT, drafting and research skills.
• Active interest in marketing and development for the department.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; both over the telephone and in person.
• Good time management.
• Capable of handling an extensive and varied workload.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
