The Sales / Customer Support Coordinator Opportunity:

This role will involve providing technical support and customer care to new and existing account managed customers for our online content products. The successful candidate will be responsible for data quality and integrity, information management and will provide accurate reporting to management

Bi-Lingual Sales / Customer Support Coordinator Selection Criteria:

> Experience in a Customer Service/Support or Order Fulfilment capacity

> Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other PC software

> A basic understanding of IP configurations

> Some knowledge of order entry systems or customer management systems

> Ability to be resourceful, efficient and adaptive to change

> An organised team player with strong analytical skills and initiative

> Excellent interpersonal skills

> Fluent in German

> A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Management or Computing / Information Technology is desirable but not essential

> An understanding or experience in Journals Publishing and subscriptions agents would also be an advantage
