Matt Burton Associates is working closely with an industry leading, niche Insurance business to recruit a number of exceptional office based Sales Executives.
The role of the Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and proactively marketing the company to other businesses within the Professional Services industry, identifying prospects and creating sales opportunities, generating new business and setting qualified new business appointments for the field based Business Development Managers within a defined geographical territory.
The Sales Executives will have the use of many marketing tools which include email, direct mail and internet marketing, joint marketing initiatives with a number of strategic partners and the full support of the BDM team.
Plenty of companies talk about great earning potential but our client walks the walk with an excellent package that offers an uncapped OTE and average earnings of £35,000 per annum. Top earners currently earn circa £50,000 per annum. This is backed up with innovative products and services and all the tools you will need to be successful in the role. All that is asked in return is that you bring a great attitude and a professional approach to Sales.
Successful Sales Executives will have:
- Proactive and self motivated attitude towards sales and targets.
- Take accountability for your own success.
- Work well as part of a close knit team whilst having an individual drive and determination to succeed.
- Outgoing, mature personality with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature.
- Good business .
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous sales experience, preferably within a B2B environment although this is not essential.
- Total focus on achieving your goals and helping grow a fantastic business.
