Job Elements: -

• Processing invoices via SAP
• Maintaining spreadsheets and producing reports / new spreadsheets as the business requires
• Timely and accurate preparation of production paperwork – production sheets, labels, pallet batching sheets etc.
• Liaising with transport companies, and both internal and external customers
• Data input – Excel , SAP & time and attendance system
• General admin. & office duties – Answering and transferring calls, faxing, photocopying, filing etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Purchase ledger/Sales ledger experience
• Previous experience within a similar administrative role. (Preferably within heavy industry).
• SAP Experience
• Experience with MS Office packages (Excel experience is essential)
• Team Player
• Able to work on own initiative and to strict deadlines
• Understanding of confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Excellent attendance & time keeping
