Client Profile:
Our client is a world-recognised company in the airline and travel sector, and is looking for a number of German speaking Customer Care Officers to join their busy team on a temporary basis.
We are looking for successful candidates to start on Monday 1st September, so interested applicants need to be immediately available for assessment this week. Knowledge of, or experience in the hotel, travel, tourism or airline sectors would be a strong advantage, although excellent customer service skills are the priority.
Role Description:
-As a German speaking Customer Care Officer, you will respond in a client focused, yet commercially-minded manner to after-sales correspondence relating to the company’s line of travel products and services.
-Handling incoming and outgoing customer service correspondence including complaint handling and problem solving.
-Handling non VIP customer claims to apply appropriate compensation or goodwill gestures according to company guidelines.
-Working according to SLAs, to ensure optimum customer response and productivity.
-Upholding a positive, professional image of the company by treating all customers with the utmost courtesy and respect.
Person Specification:
-Fluent in German to native level, both written and spoken
-Fluent to business level in English
-Preferably knowledgeable in the hotel, travel, tourism or airline sectors
-Good general PC literacy skills
-An adaptable person with excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
-A great team worker, ready to assist managers and team mates as required
-Excellent quality focus in your work - you care about delivering high quality service.
-Analytical problem solving skills.
