Salary: £24,000 per annum

We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing Manager with the management and execution of the digital marketing strategy.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be expected to plan and manage all digital marketing campaigns to support the Marketing department's objectives and event activity. As part of the team you will be responsible for a number of digital channels including website content development and engagement, social media communications and CRM integration and development.

You will be expected to develop and implement ideas to drive new visitors to our website to support brand awareness and new business growth, as well as engaging with internal and external clients to encourage repeat visits and improve brand engagement.

This is a digital role, but marketing is about engaging with people and not devices, so you also need a solid understanding of the principles of marketing, and how to connect with clients.

Qualifications/Experience:

Essential
*Graduate in Marketing related field
*2 years+ experience in a hands on digital marketing role managing strategies and implementing multi-channel campaigns
*A strong knowledge of digital marketing tools including website content and development, social media, email marketing and CRM integration and conversion optimisation
*The ability to track, monitor, understand and report on campaign data and present recommendations for continuous improvement
*Confident in the use of a CRM system with an understanding how these can integrate with other digital tools
*Understanding and experience of integrating digital marketing activity into wider off-line marketing and new business campaigns

Desirable
*IT literate - Comfortable with the production and manipulation of documentation in multiple formats such as PowerPoint, Keynote and Word
*Experience of using design packages such as Illustrator / Photoshop to produce marketing collateral
*Knowledge and understanding of the design, pre-press or print industry
*Above all you will be prepared to take ownership of the company's digital marketing activity and continuously build on its success.

Main duties/Responsibilities:

*Planning and ownership of the digital marketing strategy to deliver coordinated digital campaigns to raise brand awareness and engagement within the market and support new business development
*Coordinate and manage the delivery of all digital marketing activity, ensuring activity is coordinated effectively and each channel adds value to the whole
*Work closely with the digital agency to ensure in-house digital activity is coordinated with paid for digital campaigns and the PR agency to maximise return on PR activity through digital channels
*Work within marketing budgets allocated to projects
*Manage the production of marketing collateral, such as case study materials and presentation library content, to support new business development activities
*Supporting the Marketing Manager with day to day requests from the wider business and on high-level projects where required
*Any other activity necessary to support the overall marketing strategy
