As Service Delivery Co-ordinator you will be working in a team of 6, assisting the Account Managers to establish and maintain sound professional relationships with our Carrier Clients. You will be acting as a secondary contact point for all relevant services such as IP, Data, Capacity and Co-location Sales and Implementation.
The Service Delivery team is responsible for starting, monitoring and handing over new additions to the client's networks, carrying out all reasonable requests related to the development of new and existing customer relations as well as generating new business.
The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment and to effectively manage customer expectations is essential to this role. You must be a self-starter and a great communicator with great organisational skills, diligence and accuracy.
Desired Skills and Experience Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong and professional relationships with new and existing clients Manage each customer order as assigned to you, from incept of sales right through to point of handover and billing Processing all orders in a timely manner and in line with the correct processes and procedures Liaising with all internal departments and suppliers to ensure availability of capacity and other necessaries to ensure order completion within set customer expectations Informing the finance team of billing amounts and start dates for billing Update central database for new/closed orders, as well as keeping contract information up to date Liaising with suppliers/3rd parties to assist operations and procurement ensuring RFS dates are met
The Individual:
BA / MSc in Telecommunications desired but not essential Strong business acumen Excellent communication skills. Customer focused with prior customer service experience Great organizational skills, diligence and accuracy. Ability to cope under pressure, prior experience of high pressure environments, working to tight deadlines Highly motivated and a self-starter with great inter-personal skills. Second language desirable but not essential, excellent English a must
