What You'll Be Doing:
As a Systems Developer/Technical Lead you will be responsible for managing a team on up to 12 in an Agile environment, working with the Business Analysis team, Architecture team, Test team and IT Services team, as well as doing hands-on system development in Java/Python/Jython.
You will be working on an online sales and service capability project.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- - 10+ years' Java/Python/Jython development experience in a hands-on role
- Experience in a Technical Lead role
- Strong OO design/design patterns knowledge
- Experience troubleshooting/debugging
