Arcus is a growing Facilities Management company with a passion and focus for Learning & Development. We are proud to be a Joint Venture Partnership with Sainsbury’s and to be the sole provider of FM Managing Agent Services to their Retail Estate.

We are currently looking for a methodical and diligent Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our successful Finance Team based in our Head Office in Upminster. The general purpose of this role will be the accurate and timely processing of all purchase ledger invoices, expenses, global transactions and card payments. The Purchase Ledger Assistant will also ensure all payments and properly invoiced and suppliers are subject to supplier statement reconciliations as per agreed schedules.

In order to meet the requirements of this Purchase Ledger Assistant role, you must have proven experience in a very similar role and extensive experience of working in a Purchase Ledger department. You will have advanced Excel and Outlook skills and experience of using specialist software, ideally Sun system.
