Note: the successful candidate will hold the in-house title of Store Coordinator

The Customer Service / Sales Advisor Opportunity:

The Store Coordinator reports to the Area Manager and will be required to assist the Senior Store Coordinator on a daily basis. You would be expected to play a key role to maximise sales and increase occupancy within the store through implementation of plans to achieve agreed targets.

The Customer Service / Sales Advisor Role:

In tandem, you would also be required to:

> Take responsibility for organising and carry out work for self, managing information, decision making, planning and prioritising

> Identify and communicate ways to improve the business

> Be aware of planned marketing activities and contribute to that plan

> Deal with customer complaints within Company guidelines

What we are looking for:

> A sales background as well as strong customer service skills

> Ability to work as part of a team

> Good numerical understanding

> GCSE equivalent in Maths and English

> PC literacy

The role also requires some weekend working.

You may have worked in the following capacities: Store Sales Advisor, Retail Sales Associate, Store Sales / Customer Service Advisor, Self-Storage Sales Representative.
