Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator / Scheduler
Location: Manchester City Centre, Manchester
Salary: Competitive

Our client requires an experienced and enthusiastic individual to lead their team of 10 Help desk Administrators.

The Role:

• Ensuring that jobs are booked in and allocated to the appropriate engineers
• Customers are left happy with the service they have provided.
• Liaising with their engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to arrange for their customer security problems to be rectified.
• Holiday and absence cover may be required for other colleagues.
• leading a team of administrators
• The role will be varied and no day will be the same.
• Scheduling PPM visits

The Person:

• Enthusiastic
• Able to use own initiative
• Experience working on a help desk
• Preferably experience as a team leader
• Preferably experience as in job scheduling
