Project Manager - Healthcare / NHS

Project Manager - Healthcare Systems (NHS) - Midlands and North West - £38-45k + 45 pence per mile travel expense. Home base with 30% travel to client site.

Following continued success and growth a leading provider of software to the NHS requires a Project Manager to join their successful team and support the delivery of a range of project implementations across the Midlands and North West Regions.

Project Managers will work closely with the Account Manager and will be responsible for project managing the implementation and support of software solutions into healthcare settings both NHS and private Hospitals. Project Managers / PSO's will work through the full project lifecycle from initial meetings and project scope, through to implementation, training and post implementation support, including creating and managing project documentation, risk, governance and issue logs, etc.

The Project Manager will also be responsible for working with the client on a day to day basis including updating and communicating project progress, working with clinicians to promote the use of the product and make them aware of any new functionality, feature or new application. This will be a mix or on site and remote (from home).

Project Managers must have experience of working with the NHS or for the NHS and have experience of working closely with stakeholders and users in understanding the environment and processes in which they operate. This role would suit Project Managers who have worked for a provider to the NHS or someone who works within the NHS who is looking at developing a career in the commercial sector and take on more project management responsibility to deliver systems that make a difference to patient healthcare.

This role is home based with client based travel within the Midlands and North West regions. Salary on offer is circa £38-45k plus 45pence per mile travel expenses.
