SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISOR (Chester)
£23,678.00 per annum
Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm

Are you customer-focussed, with excellent problem-solving skills and a professional, friendly manner? Can you motivate and coach staff to provide an exceptional customer experience and empower them to help a diverse range of customers, sometimes in difficult or sensitive situations? If delivering excellent customer service is your passion and you would enjoy using your initiative to confidently support and lead our Customer Services Team to success, then we’d like to hear from you.
The successful candidate will bring the following to the role:
- Supervisory experience, including coaching and monitoring
- Multi-functional contact centre experience
- Ability to develop and deliver successful training programmes
- Ability to analyse statistical data and produce reports
- Ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and partner organisations at all levels
- Ability to support Advisors to effectively resolve a wide range of customer enquiries within a fast-paced contact centre environment
- Confidence in dealing with customers and the skills to respond to enquiries and customer feedback in a sensitive and confidential manner
- Willingness to go that extra mile – and then some more - to meet our customers’ needs
- Pro-active, can-do attitude and a commitment to improving service
- Flexible approach and ability to adapt quickly to change
- Ability to effectively and efficiently use a range of IT systems
