Starting salary c. £14k progressing to £16k after 3 months + Commission (first year OTE £20 – 23k)

Our client is a highly successful IT Supplies company formed in February 2004, since then they have doubled in size and moved into larger premises. Drive and consistency is the key to their success and their wealth of experience and commitment to clients has enabled them to grow year on year. Due to this continued growth they are now looking to recruit Trainee Sales Executives to join our incredibly successful team.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be contacting potential customers, assessing their needs and requirements and offering suitable products. You will build long term relationships with customers, dealing with any questions or queries and managing their accounts effectively. You will keep in contact with your existing customers whilst trying to build your client base.

THE PERSON
You will have a good telephone manner and preferably some exposure in a sales / customer service environment (although the right attitude and drive is more important). You will be quick to learn, confident and have a desire to work in a targeted environment and earn commission.
