An opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Advisor based in Manchester, whose key purpose is to provide a polite, helpful & professional client contact via telephone email & radio technology ensuring that systems & clients are kept up to date. Liaise with all levels of personnel, carry out necessary administrative duties, review reports to ensure tasks are actioned in a timely manner & manage the daily activities of specific contracts.
This role is based in Manchester M17 but will be moving to a City Centre location in September. You will work 37.5 hours per week over flexible shifts between 8am - 8pm.
Key Tasks and Responsibility
• Respond to customer calls & emails within specific timescales in order to meet SLA’s
• Record information on helpdesk system & liaise with necessary contractors
• Maintain detailed statistical information, providing necessary reports to various personnel
• Ensure tasks are up to date & actioned as necessary
• To provide outstanding customer service
Skills and Experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both written & Verbal
• Knowledge & understanding of e-FM & Nucleus would be advantageous
• Proactive approach & able to build relationships
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work as part of a team is essential, providing support to colleagues
• The ability to work flexible hours
In return you will receive a salary of £17.000 per annum.
