IT & Monitoring Support Officer

We are looking to recruit an IT & Monitoring Support Officer (initially a Fixed Term 12 month contract)

Post Based at our Head Office in Eccles, Manchester
This role will support StreetGames projects across the UK to use the online data collection system and

• support the IT Manager with StreetGames IT systems and the website
• provide first tier IT support to staff and projects.
• support projects with using the online monitoring system and provide training.

The successful applicant will not necessarily be a qualified technician – the abilities to learn and to talk to non-IT specialists are more important. It might be that the ideal candidate is very good at providing remote support and training, and is willing to learn to provide IT support to users.
