Our Client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Milton Keynes. They are offering a competitive salary + car package + benefits.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will provide professional quantity surveying and technical advice for major project and development teams. You will maintain a high quality and efficient quantity surveying/project management service encompassing feasibility studies through design stages, leading onto construction and post completion analysis.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Hours: 36.25 per week

A current driving licence or access to a means of mobility support is essential for this role.

Who they are looking for

- They are looking for proactive individuals to take responsibility for providing consultancy services on a range of exciting projects across a variety of sectors such as residential, commercial and sport.

- All roles will have a focus on professional work on a wide variety of projects and will require experience across the complete range of Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent services.

- Experience of all stages of the project from feasibility and cost planning through to post contract is essential for these roles.

- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, HND or the relevant experience to undertake the role.

- You will have recent experience of managing high level projects with the ability to negotiate at all levels.

- It would be a benefit for the candidate to have a construction industry background and possess a RICS qualification, however this is not essential.

Successful candidates will use their Quantity Surveying experience to provide professional, technical and commercial advice for our clients internal business teams and external clients.
