This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mobile app-builder that enables small businesses globally to build an iPhone app and an Android app for their business in minutes - no coding required. They are seeing huge growth in this exploding sector and are now looking for an energetic, do-what-it-takes, creative and analytical marketer to help develop and scale their email and digital marketing.
As Email/Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of developing, optimizing and implementing automated and ad-hoc email campaigns that are aimed at increasing growth and revenue for the company. This requires you to be familiar with funnel management, modern email marketing techniques, and have the ability to brainstorm around message strategies and topics.
The ideal candidate will be engaged in email marketing content creation and deployment, skilled at analyzing email performance statistics, and will be able to look at the big picture while detailed oriented enough to oversee flawless execution. Responsibilities:
- Write copy for and lay out emails, with support from content and design staff
- Formulate and execute end-to-end campaign plans to optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including open rates, CTR, engagement, and conversion
- Manage list segmentation and develop customer segmentation strategies to increase engagement and retention and to get the right message to the right person at the right time
- Own all metrics, including deliverability, opens, and clicks, and use results to drive future action
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in online marketing with emphasis of driving business performance
- Proven results in contributing revenue growth
- Experience in full suite of customer lifecycle management (i.e., awareness - acquisition - engagement - retention)
- Expertise in data-driven marketing and customer segmentation
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. DotMailer, Contactology, MailChimp etc), Google Analytics, and configuring and/or running reports
- Undergraduate degree
