Customer Services & Marketing Executive
An expanding and unique company in Malmesbury is seeking a Customer Services Executive to join their business on a Permanent basis.
Offering a salary of up to £20,000 per annum dependant on experience
Are you driven by gaining customer satisfaction and have you supported customer with queries /orders within previous employment?
Summary of responsibilities:
- Deliver customer service support via the phone, email or social networks
- Responding to customer requests and queries
- Provide all round admin support
- Maintain the website & social media platforms with product information and company news.
