Blinds Fitter

We are looking on behalf of Excell Blinds for a new, enthusiastic member to join their small, friendly team to sell blinds to their customers as the company grows. The successful applicant will be expected to visit customers and provide advice and guidance on different window dressing options available. You will be expected to undertake accurate measurements at the customer’s home in order to provide quotes to them on the products available. Whilst you will not be expected to produce sales leads, you must have the ability to convert leads into sales.

On occasions you may be required to undertake the manufacturing and fitting of blinds. Full training will be provided to help support you.

For the role you will need:

• To be accurate and methodical in measuring and pay attention to detail to meet the customer requirements
• To be practically minded (aware of different fixing substrates) with a problem solving attitude
• Excellent numerical skills.
• To have the ability to sell the services of Excell blinds and meet the customer requirements
• Willingness to converse comfortably and confidently with our customers.
• You must be self motivated and able to work to deadlines.
• A self starter who is capable of working alone or as part of a team with a commitment to delivering a high quality service to the customers.
• You will be expected to carry out additional duties required of you by the director as and when necessary to suit the demand of the business.
• The applicant must possess a full UK driving licence
