Candidate Profile:

- The successful candidate will have experience of developing and supporting customer systems.
- You are excited about new technologies and have a desire to drive innovation.
- Your support roles will have provided you with experience of ITIL based Service Management systems.
- You will be dedicated to the success of each and every engagement and will support everyone in your team.
- The opportunity exists for a candidate to adopt the role of Service Manager if they believe they are suitable and can deliver what is expected in that role.

Experience:

- Graduate with relevant degree.
- At least 3 years of development experience
- At least 2 years of support experience
- ITIL qualified or proven experience in an ITIL environment

The successful candidate(s) will have a range of skills covering a number of the following:

- Experience supporting Linux, Windows Server and network infrastructure.
- Software development experience in Java, .Net or similar technologies.
- Experience of relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server or Oracle.
- Experience providing 2nd or 3rd line support in an ITIL environment.

Experience in BI, Data Warehouse, Jira or Confluence would also be beneficial.

Other Requirements:

- A good team member who is supportive and helpful.
- Flexible and prepared to learn new skills and technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A willingness to cross train to other technologies would be an advantage.
- Experience of leading a team and managing relationships with customers would be an advantage.
